Eva Sjörin
Managing Director (President)

Eva's areas of responsibility includes staff, administration, marketing and economics.

She has both an economic education and experience from the field of biotechniques. Eva came to the NHC in 1995, and became its Managing Director in 1999. During her management, the clinic has developed in a remarkable way. The activities are now performed in tailer-made facilities, and thus have the potential to grow.

Medical Director

Mats Ingers

Dr. Ingers began his medical studies in 1967, and became a specialist in nephrology and internal medicine. From 1986, he primarily worked with prehospital  (emergency) medicine, and still does so, occacionally. Since Mats came to the NHC in 1997, he has been gradually more and more involved, and  became the Medical Director in 1999.

Dr. Ingers has an over all responsibility for every medical aspect on the NHC, and has seen several thousand patients through the years. He takes part in all of the operatons, mainly in the planning and initiation stage, including physical examination, detail planning of the distribution of the implants and drug administation to make the patient as comfotable as possible. It is of crusial importance that a good sence of aesthetics guides the designing of the hair line. Mats has an artistic vein. 

Dr Ingers also conducts all the consultations in Lund.  If You send a message by e-post, You will get an answer from him. This can range from short answers of specific questions to a "full-scale" e-consultations.  He is also responsible for the work of the representitives of the clinic, both abroad and within Sweden. It can be mentioned that amongst other issues he oversees the the quality control programme, the formal delegations for all personelle involved in the operations, and all medical events, which can proceed or follow upon a hair transplantation.

When not on duty, Mats spends his time with his family. He has a passion for cross-country running. and is also an expert of old Swedish stamps. So if You happen to share his interest, You will not lack subjects for conversation...

Dr. Ingers will attend the anual ISHRS congress, this time in Boston 2010.

Carl Mikaelsson

Carl came to New Hair Clinic in 2010. Carl has worked many years with pediatric surgery, with burninjuries including skin-grafting and scar treatments. He has alot of experience when it comes to microsurgical procedures and scientific publications. Carl will attend the ISHRS congress in Boston 2010. 


Johan Alwén
Hairtransplant Surgeon, MD

Johan has five years of experience as a hair surgeon at New Hair Clinic. He will work with general surgery at the University hospital UMAS parallel with his work as a hair surgeon at New Hair Clinic. He will also help Dr. Ingers with hair consultations. Johan plans to become a plastic surgery. Johan was attending the ISHRS world Congress for hair surgeons in Montreal in 2008.



Ulf Sjögren

Ulf came to New Hair Clinic in 2006. In November 2010 he will start working at our clinic in Stockholm with FUE, Restylane and Botox. He has been working with general surgery for many years, and has over 10 years experience when it comes to Restylane and Botox.

Coordinator/Administration

Coordinator

Registers our patients, when they arrive at the clinic and assists in their preparations for the surgery (green clothes, gel peeling etc). Gives You comfort and additional information of Your day, in case You are not fully aware of our routines. She is responsible for the majority of the final talks, in which You will be informed about how to handle the period following Your operation. Strict but fair, for Your own good.

Pia is a very methodical person. She joined the NHC in 1997. The office would hardly work without her. She has an extraordinary memory for faces and names. Her background as a behaviourist and educationist fits in very well. After all, hair transplantations are not only about surgery in the techniqual meaning, but also about human beings with feelings and worries.


Jenny
Front Office Support

Jenny came to the NHC in 1999. She has an administrative duty, works with the website and she helps Mats and Pia in the office, but when needed she also helps out in the operation room. In 2005 Jenny left us to attend higher education, and in January 2008 she returned to NHC.

Xiaochun
Nurse

Assists the surgeon throughout the entire operation, from the nape of the neck to the top of the head. Takes care of the patient and helps prepare the implants. Her responsibility is to ensure the handling of medicaments to the patient being performed in a strict and safe way.Her employment at the NHC started at the beginning of 2002.






FUE technician

Åsa
Chief Assistant, assistant nurse

Åsa has experience from the business since 1995 and she came to the NHC in 2004. She assists the surgeon, prepare the implants, assits the surgeon in the implanting procedure and takes care of the patients. Åsa and Dr. Mats Ingers works with the laser treatment. Åsa is the staff manager and has the responsibility of distribution of work in the operation. She assist the surgeon during FUE operations.

Maria came to the clinic 2006. Prepares the implants and gives assistance to the the surgeon in the implanting procedure. Like the other nurses and assistants, she also takes part in cleaning and instrumental sterilization, and has many other duties. Assist the surgeon during FUE operations.

Ilham
Surgical assistant

Prepares the implants and gives assistance to the the surgeon in the implanting procedure. Like the other nurses and assistants, she also takes part in cleaning and instrumental sterilization, and has many other duties.

Ilhame is born in Morocco, with french as her first language. She can also speak Arabic. Ilhame came to the clinic in 1999, and learned the "handicraft" very quickly. Being very gentle with her pair of forceps, she gives the implants a careful and accurate placing.




Sally
Surgical assistant.

Prepares the implants in an artistic manner, guided by a very steady hand and a sharp eye. Assists in the implanting and nurses the patients in a motherly way.

Sally is born in Morocco, but has spent almost half of her life in Sweden. She understands Arabic and French. Sally came to the NHC in 1998.





Mirjana
Surgical assistant

Tissue preparation, assisting the surgeon, and several other responsibilities are among Mirjana´s duties. She is extremely conscious with her work. Always with a smile on her face, she is very liked by the patients.

Mirjana is born in Serbia, but she has lived many years in Sweden. New Hair Clinic employee since the year of 1999.

Krystyna 
Day personnel 

Krystyna is the only person on our staff, who has been a part of the NHC since it´s origin in 1992. She knows how the wheels must spin to get the machinery working. She takes care of the patients after the operation. Apart from Swedish, she speaks her native language of Polish.

Night staff

Sasan
Night personnel

When the patients go through surgery at the NHC, they are regularly supervised during the night after the operation. Sasan is one of our two night personnel.

Having gone through a hair transplantation at the clinic himself, he knows what he is talking about. And if You fancy practising a little Persian, You are welcome. Sasan is born in Persia, but he also speaks Swedish and English.




Eva-Stina
Night personnel

Eva-Stina shares the nightshifts with Sasan. If You require anything she will answer Your call. The rest of the time, she attends to the clinic´s domestic duties.

In all her professional life, Eva-Stina has worked with people: Whether in the restaurant or health care service. Speaks fluent norwiegan and also English.
